Working exclusively with Pinot Noir, he produces wines from three distinct Victorian regions, with the Yarra Valley representing his cool-climate expression. His approach focuses on organic viticulture, whole bunch fermentation, and minimal intervention in the cellar, allowing each site to speak clearly through the wine.
Vintage: 2015 proved exceptional in the Yarra Valley. A cool, steady growing season with moderate rainfall led to a perfectly timed harvest. These conditions produced wines of remarkable concentration and aromatic complexity while maintaining the region's characteristic elegance and freshness.
