Delicate aromas of wild strawberry and forest floor lead to a silken palate of red cherries, subtle spice, and fine-grained tannins, reflecting the pure expression of its terroir.
Hand-harvested from low-yielding vines and naturally fermented with minimal intervention, this wine showcases remarkable balance and complexity. The 2015 vintage particularly excelled, producing fruit of exceptional concentration and finesse.
Serve slightly chilled at 14-16°C. Decant 30 minutes before serving to allow the wine's subtle aromatics to fully develop.
