Producer: Clos du Temple is the pinnacle creation of Gérard Bertrand, a renowned figure in Languedoc winemaking. Launched in 2019, this wine represents Bertrand's vision to create one of the world's finest rosés. The vineyard, situated in Cabrières, is farmed biodynamically and benefits from a unique terroir of schist soils and high altitude. The wine is made using cutting-edge technology, including optical grape sorting and vinification by gravity flow. Clos du Temple is not just a rosé, but a true 'Grand Cru' of the Languedoc, challenging perceptions of what rosé can be.
