Often called Hamburg parsley or Dutch parsley root, this versatile root vegetable offers a unique flavour that combines the earthiness of parsnip with subtle notes of celery and fresh parsley. Each creamy-white root is carefully harvested when mature, ensuring optimal flavour development and firm, aromatic flesh.
Rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamin C and iron, parsley root adds depth to broths and soups while offering excellent nutritional benefits. Its versatility makes it a prized ingredient in traditional European cuisine.
Use raw, grated in salads, or cook as you would parsnips - roasted, mashed, or added to soups and stews. The roots can be roasted whole or cut into batons, while the parsley-like leaves are perfect for garnishing. Excellent in chicken soup or traditional German dishes.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
