This magnificent root vegetable, hand-selected for its exceptional size, offers an intense, complex celery flavour with subtle nutty undertones. Each carefully cultivated specimen represents the pinnacle of French market garden tradition.
The dense, cream-coloured flesh of these giant celeriac delivers a more pronounced flavour than standard varieties. Their impressive size makes them perfect for larger preparations whilst maintaining the characteristic sweet, earthy notes that make celeriac so prized in French cuisine.
Peel thoroughly and use in traditional remoulade, or roast whole wrapped in salt crust for 2-3 hours at 180°C until tender. Serve as a dramatic centrepiece, carved at the table.
Producer: Cultivated by the Dubois family in the Loire Valley, where three generations have specialised in growing exceptional root vegetables in the region's rich, loamy soil.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
