This aromatic selection combines fresh thyme, robust rosemary, fragrant bay leaves, and wild oregano, all harvested from specialist herb gardens in the Italian countryside. Each herb is selected at its peak of flavour and carefully hand-packed to maintain freshness.
This premium herb mix offers exceptional culinary versatility, with each variety chosen for its intense aroma and robust flavour profile. The balanced combination provides the essential herbs for traditional Mediterranean cooking, braising, and roasting.
Strip thyme leaves from stems before use. Use rosemary sprigs whole or stripped, bay leaves whole (remove before serving), and crumble oregano directly into dishes. Perfect for slow-cooked meats, stocks, sauces, and stuffings.
Store in the refrigerator wrapped loosely in slightly damp kitchen paper.
