First developed by Germicopa in France, these prized potatoes are named after their almond-like shape and subtle nutty taste. Amandine potatoes feature a firm, waxy yellow flesh and smooth golden skin, making them one of France's most celebrated varieties
For best results: Roast Amandine potatoes whole in olive oil and Fleur de sel for around 30 minutes at 180°c. Finish with garlic butter and fresh herbs - the ultimate garnish for steak.
Producer: Grown by the Kernévez family farm in the prime potato-growing region of Brittany, where maritime influences and rich soil create ideal growing conditions.
