The distinctive quality stems from a carefully controlled slow-growth approach and a 100% vegetarian diet comprised primarily of locally grown corn, supplemented with essential vitamins and minerals. This meticulous attention to diet develops the bird's characteristic yellow skin and succulent meat while ensuring complete freedom from hormones and antibiotics. The prestigious Classe A certification guarantees perfect presentation without tears or bruises and optimal fat-to-meat ratio.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
