PAELLA SPICE BLEND
This paella spice blend is a mix of garlic, paprika and saffron. The striking dark red colour adds drama to the dish, and a distinctive ochre hue once cooked along with your rice, chicken and choice of seafood.
To create your own authentic Valencian paella add this blend to a pan of boiling water with your rice and stock, so the grains absorb as much flavour as possible.
The coarse-textured spice blend also works well as a rub for chicken before roasting whole, or for seasoning drumsticks and wings before roasting.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
