A striking modern blue cheese crafted in the spa town of Harrogate, this soft blue-veined cheese offers a perfect balance of rich, creamy texture and delicate blue notes. Aged for a minimum of 10 weeks, it develops a subtle spiciness alongside its buttery character.
Distinguished by its mellow yet complex flavour profile, Harrogate Blue delivers a softer, more approachable blue cheese experience than its more robust cousins. The golden-hued paste is delicately marbled with blue-green veins, creating a cheese that's as visually striking as it is delicious.
Allow to come to room temperature before serving. Excellent on a cheeseboard with fresh pears and walnuts, crumbled over salads, or melted into sauce for steak. Makes an incredible blue cheese sauce when combined with cream.
Producer: Created by Judy Bell and her team at Shepherds Purse Creamery, who have been crafting award-winning Yorkshire cheeses since 1989. Made using local cow's milk, this cheese represents the perfect marriage of traditional methods and modern innovation.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
