The 'King of Cheeses', Brie de Meaux AOC is a sublime example of traditional French cheese-making. This soft-ripened cheese is crafted from raw cow's milk and aged until its ivory-coloured paste develops a perfectly downy white rind, offering a complex flavour that evolves from mild and creamy to intensely rich.
Distinguished by its exceptional depth of flavour, authentic Brie de Meaux delivers layers of mushroomy, earthy notes with subtle hints of fresh grass and nuts. The texture transforms from chalk-like when young to sumptuously creamy at perfect ripeness, with a characteristic golden hue developing beneath the rind.
Remove from the fridge two hours before serving to achieve optimal temperature and texture. Perfect on a cheeseboard with fresh baguette, or serve with honey and walnuts. Avoid cutting until ready to serve to maintain freshness.
Producer: Made by master artisans in the historic Île-de-France region following strict AOC regulations. Each wheel is hand-ladled and aged for 4-5 weeks in carefully controlled conditions to develop its characteristic flavour and texture.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
