Due to its popularity around the world, the name Grana Padano has inevitably acquired a certain status associated with that of a high-quality product.
The significance of the name Grana Padano sets it apart. These two words embody the entire history of Grana Padano, dating all the way back to its original roots. "Grana" due to its texture, "grana" means "grainy" in Italian. "Padano" from the production area in the "Pianura Padana" which is the Po River Valley in northern Italy.
The art of tasting has become ever-more precise as time has passed, and now there are very detailed methods to describe with precision and consistency the characteristics that distinguish certain cheeses from all others. One of these distinguished cheeses is Grana Padano.
Grana Padano PDO cheese is produced with raw milk from cows fed on fresh forage, hay, corn silage or preserved fodder. Grana Padano must be aged for at least 9 months, which adds to the remarkable flavour. This cheese is ideal as a table cheese, and excellent when grated. Highly versatile, and great for everyday cooking.

We use reliable third-party express courier services and high-quality insulated packaging. However, delays can occur, so we package items to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
If you need your delivery on a specific day, please mention this in the notes section on the checkout page. We may advise alternative options, such as dispatching your order a day earlier to ensure timely arrival.
All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
