Piazza Grande is a new-generation product from the renowned 'Mussini' Balsamic Vinegar producers of Modena, Italy, a region known for Ferrari, Maserati, and exceptional traditional DOP balsamic vinegar.
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI embodies exceptional values, resulting from hard work, the selection of the finest raw materials, and their meticulous transformation and refinement. The careful balance between must and wine vinegar, with particular attention to scent and flavour, allows for the creation of a product with outstanding organoleptic properties, where sweetness, acidity, and fragrance unite to form a rare and unique blend.
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. 3 gold medals is a smooth, dark, glossy vinegar with a bitter-sweet taste, good density and excellent sweet-sour balance. It is obtained from a mixture of cooked musts of typical local, all-Italian, grapes with small additions of good wine vinegar. The vinegar is aged at least 6-8 years, in oak barrels, followed by several decanting stages, to create different shades of flavour.
Colour: Rich brown colour.
Aroma: Pleasantly acetic with sweet notes of must.
Flavour: Fresh-tasting and with excellent sweet-sour balance.
Average density: 1,25
Usage: Perfect as a dressing for salads, with tuna, in dips, and in marinades for meat and fish. It offers more complexity than the standard 1-crown variety, making it an excellent choice for elevating everyday dishes.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
