Piazza Grande is a new-generation product from the renowned 'Mussini' Balsamic Vinegar producers of Modena, Italy, a region known for Ferrari, Maserati, and exceptional traditional DOP balsamic vinegar.

Acidity: 5.5%
Usage: Ideal for mixed salads, cooked vegetables, dips, marinades for meat or fish, white and red meats, prawns, shellfish, and boiled potatoes. A wonderfully balanced product, it's great for those who don't want a strong acidic balsamic.
Ingredients: Cooked must, wine vinegar. (Contains sulphites).
