Piazza Grande, part of the Mussini family, produces the best of the best premium top-quality balsamic vinegar aged from 25 to as much as 100 years. This line is aged in wooden barrels and then bottled. This 25-year selection is produced in the traditional sense and sets the standard for "Gold Cap" balsamic vinegar. Certified Denomination of Protected Origin (D.O.P.).
This balsamic vinegar is meant to be savoured and should not be used in cooking, as heat can alter its delicate flavour. Enjoy its rich taste by adding a touch to some high-quality aged Parmesan cheese.
