Their Angus cattle are raised in the pristine grasslands of southern Chile, a region characterised by its isolation thanks to natural barriers such as the Andes Mountains, the Atacama Desert, and the Pacific Ocean. This geographic isolation protects the livestock from pests and diseases. The region’s climate also supports the growth of high-quality grains such as corn, barley, and oats, ensuring their cattle receive the best possible nutrition.
The Angus breed, originally from Scotland and renowned worldwide, is celebrated for its juiciness, tenderness, and rich flavour. Molendo's Aberdeen Black Angus cattle are raised on a 100% natural diet, free from hormones and antibiotics, and carefully balanced with proteins, fibre, and energy to enhance their natural qualities.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
