NDUJA
Nduja - pronounced en-DOO-ya is a particularly spicy, spreadable pork sausage originally from the Calabria region of Southern Italy.
It is similar to sobrassada from the Balearic Islands in Spain and is loosely based on the French andouille.
This top quality Nduja is best served at room temperature so it spreads easily. It is very versatile and its uniquely soft, spreadable texture allows it to meld into dishes really nicely whether that’s stirring it into a quick tomato sauce for pasta or as a base to tomatoes or poached eggs on toast.
Consume within 7 days of opening the vacuum package.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
