Tagliatelle has a flat appearance and is used with a wide variety of sauces. It has a long and flat shape. There are several different types of Tagliatelle (depending on size and thickness). It is originated from Northern Italy, Emilia Romagna region, first time made in the 1400s.

This truly amazing bronze die pasta is handcrafted by Marcozzi, Italy's leading producer of exceptional quality dried pasta.

Here, the secrets of the past and the productive innovation blend together without forgetting to keep the artisanal quality.

On a microscopic level, bronze dies extrude a pasta that is rougher with far more surface area for sauce to cling to. These days, when bronze dies are used, artisans are often using higher quality durum semolina that will offer a toothsome bite, a lovely wheat flavour, and an all-around better, tastier end product.
