This hand-pressed yuzu juice captures the distinctive floral-citrus notes of fresh Japanese yuzu, prized by chefs worldwide. Each bottle contains the pure essence of this rare citrus fruit, harvested at peak ripeness from family orchards in Kochi Prefecture.
This pure, unsweetened juice delivers concentrated citrus flavour with no additives, whilst being rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, offering a more complex and aromatic profile than traditional lemon or lime.
Add a few drops to ponzu sauce, marinades, or dressings. Mix with honey and hot water for a soothing tea, or splash into cocktails for a sophisticated citrus note. Perfect for seasoning grilled fish or creating Japanese-inspired vinaigrettes. It also makes an incredible citrus tart instead of classic lemon.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
