CHICKEN BASE 100g
This product is a fantastic addition to any store cupboard and will help to bring great flavour to your dishes!
It is made from the raw material of a chicken, which is then grilled and roasted slowly with vegetables to obtain juice. The juice is then deglazed with water and reduced several times before being filtered to obtain a creamy, tasty, coloured paste. It's the perfect ingredient for adding a rich, savoury depth to any dish.
Dissolve in hot water. For your sauces, mix three tablespoons with 1 litre of hot water. For cooking (stocks for soups, stews), add two spoons to 1 litre of water.
Ingredients: Chicken 54%(bouillon, meat and fat chicken), yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt, water, concentrated vegetable juices (carrot, onions), modified corn starch, herbs, rosemary extract.
ALLERGENS: FISH, CRUSTACEANS, SHELLFISH, MILK, GLUTEN, EGG, CELERY, SULPHITES. Possible traces of; (CELERY, SESAME, MUSTARD, & NUTS).

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.
We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
