Premium red snapper fillets from the warm waters of the Gulf, prized for their sweet, nutty flavour and moist, firm texture. Each fillet displays the characteristic rosy-pink skin and translucent flesh that marks the finest quality snapper.

These fillets are celebrated for their versatility and delicate flavour profile, offering a perfect balance of flaky texture and succulent meat. Their medium-firm flesh holds together beautifully during cooking, making them ideal for a variety of preparations.

Pan-sear with the skin on for 4-5 minutes skin-side down until crisp, then flip for 2-3 minutes. Excellent grilled, baked, or steamed. Perfect with citrus-based sauces or Caribbean-style preparations with tropical fruit salsas.

Producer: Sustainably caught by trusted fishing partners in the Gulf of Mexico, where traditional fishing methods and careful handling ensure each fish reaches us in pristine condition. Each catch is processed and shipped rapidly to maintain optimal freshness.

If you need your delivery on a specific day, please mention this in the notes section on the checkout page. We may advise alternative options, such as dispatching your order a day earlier to ensure timely arrival.

All items leave our facility in perfect condition with a good use-by date. Please consider this when selecting your delivery date. Once dispatched, the package is under the responsibility of our couriers, making it difficult to change the delivery address or expedite delays.

We do offer Saturday delivery, but please note that our couriers do not operate phone support at weekends, and our customer service is closed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a weekday to allow us to address any issues promptly.
